Our team is Weber-trained and cooks on what we sell, so the advice you get is the advice we'd give a mate. Tell us how you cook - charcoal kettle on the balcony, gas grill for the family, pellet smoker for the long Sundays - and we'll match you to the right one without trying to sell you up.
Beyond the barbecues we run live demo cooks every day and free hands-on cooking classes twice a week - from smoked sausages and roast lamb to crispy wings and wood-fired pizza. We also run one-on-one classes and kids' sessions. Come hungry; come with questions.
Live cooking demonstrations run in-store every day. Bring questions, bring an appetite. We'll fire up a grill and you can stand next to the one you're thinking about - at the heat it actually runs.

No upsell theatre.
We will recommend the cheaper Q over the bigger one if the bigger one doesn't fit your balcony. We'd rather lose the margin than lose the customer for the next twenty years.
Stocked, not drop-shipped.
Every BBQ on the showroom floor is stocked to take home. Walk in, point, take home - same day on the popular models, no waiting on a warehouse interstate.
Demos and classes, daily.
Live demo cooks every day, free hands-on classes twice a week, plus one-on-one and kids' sessions. Taste it and learn to cook it before you take it home.
Service after the sale.
We carry Weber spare parts and accessories - burners, grates, igniters, covers. Bring your model in and we'll sort the right fit.
Same prices in store and online.
No 'online exclusive.' No 'showroom surcharge.' The price you see is the price written on the quote sheet at the desk.
